This time last year, Fiona Belle aka FiBee, was recuperating from surgery to correct the PDA (patent ductus arteriosis) anomaly that she was born with......

We are here with Dr Kirsty Barrett Head Cardiologist at the main VCA Veterinary Hospital in Los Angeles California. Dr Barrett's specialty is the Cavalier King Charles, however she is an all breed incredible Doctor. Fiona is in excellent health and is doing very well, so we will see Dr Barrett next year at this time. Yay!

We realize, as with humans who have an inserted device, she will require antibiotics, if or when she has an infection and definitely for dental work, as with a human. All is well for our baby girl and we can't begin to thank Dr Barrett and her team for saving Fiona from what would have been a silent killer.
